Candy Korn
Candy Korn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. sugar, 1/2 c. margarine, 1/4 c. white karo syrup, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 3 c. popcorn, popped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Remove all the unpopped kernels from the bowl.
Mix sugar, syrup and butter.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, to 212° for 10 to 15 minutes or until light caramel color or 290°.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla.
Pour over corn and nuts. Toss with 2 spoons until corn is dry.
Break apart and spread on aluminum foil.
