Made with 1 german chocolate cake mix, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1 bottle caramel ice cream topping, 16 oz. cool whip and 2 heath candy bars or favorite candy bar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Bake cake as directed on package.
While warm, poke cake full of holes.
Pour sweetened condensed milk over cake, then ice cream topping. Let cool. (Can freeze.)
Top with whipped topping and pieces of candy.
