Combine flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa, then stir into sugar mixture.
Fold in chopped Snickers.
Spoon into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool and cut.
