Candy Apples
Candy Apples is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1 c. water, 1/2 tsp. cream or tartar and several drops red food coloring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix sugar, water and cream of tartar.
Bring to a boil and cook until it reaches 300Β° on a candy thermometer.
Do not stir while cooking.
Add food coloring last.
Keep fire low while dipping apples.
Lay on a cookie sheet.
Spread with Pam.
Makes 12 to 15 medium apples.
Make sure apples are washed and dried good.
