Candied Popcorn
Candied Popcorn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 qt. popcorn (unsalted), 1 c. raw peanuts, 1 c. butter, 2 c. brown sugar and 1/2 c. light corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Combine popcorn and peanuts in a lightly greased roasting pan; mix well.
Melt butter in a saucepan; stir in brown sugar and corn syrup.
Bring to a boil for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat; stir in soda, salt and vanilla.
Pour mixture over popcorn; stir until coated.
Bake at 250Β° for 1 hour; stir every 15 minutes.
Cool; store in an airtight container.
