Candied Ham
Candied Ham is an easy dinner. Made with approximately 3 lb. boneless ham, 1 small can sliced pineapple (in heavy syrup), 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed and 1 small jar maraschino cherries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In saucepan, combine juice from the can of pineapple, half the juice from the jar of cherries and brown sugar.
Bring to a boil and set aside.
Place ham in a shallow baking pan.
Make cuts on the top and sides of ham approximately 1/4-inch deep.
Arrange pineapple slices with cherries securing with toothpicks.
Pour the juice mixture over ham.
Cover with foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours, basting frequently.
