Campfire Potatoes
Campfire Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced thin, 1 medium onion, sliced, 6 tbsp. margarine, 1/3 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 2 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Place potatoes and onion on a large piece of heavy-duty foil. Dot with margarine.
Combine cheese, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Pour over potatoes.
Fold foil over potatoes and add broth.
Seal the edges well.
Grill, covered, on medium heat for 35 to 40 minutes or until tender.
Serves 4 to 6.
