Stir sugar and cinnamon into biscuit mix.
Add milk to make a soft dough.
Divide into 4 equal portions and give to 4 different people.
Roll each portion in floured hands to form a rope.
Roll rope around a skewer in a spiral.
Squeeze ends together.
Hold about 6 inches from coals to cook.
Turn skewer often until dough is lightly browned and thoroughly cooked.
