Calzone
Calzone is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed, 1 lb. loose hot sausage, 1 large green pepper, 1 large onion and 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brown sausage with sliced green pepper and onion.
Rinse and drain well.
Mix meat with cheese.
Chill.
Divide loaves into 4 pieces, total 8.
Roll each piece in a circle.
Put approximately 1/2 cup of meat mixture on one-half of circle.
Fold other half over the meat.
Pinch ends together well.
Place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 425Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
