Calypso Pie
Calypso Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 18 oreo cookies, crushed (about 2 c. crumbs) and 1/4 c. softened butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Pour cookies into bowl and blend with softened butter with a pastry blender or a fork.
Place into a 10-inch pie pan and press crumb mixture firmly and evenly to bottom and sides of pan with the back of a spoon.
Chill for 1 to 2 hours.
