Calypso Pie
Calypso Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 24 oreo cookies (include cream filling), 1/3 c. margarine, melted, 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips and 1 tsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Crush Oreo cookies and combine with melted butter.
Press into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 7 minutes. When cooled, cover with 1/2 gallon ice cream and freeze.
