Calorie Crush
Calorie Crush is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. orange or apple juice (unsweetened), pinch of nutmeg, 1 tbsp. honey (optional), 1/2 ripe cantaloupe, cut into chunks and freeze until solid and fresh strawberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Place all but last 2 ingredients in blender.
Process with an on-off pulsing motion until melon chunks are crushed.
Spoon into individual 6-ounce glasses decorated with fresh strawberries and melon chunks threaded alternately on skewers kabob style.
Makes two 8-ounce glasses.
