Calamondo Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix with pudding in mix, 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 c. wesson oil, 1/2 c. calamondo purée and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix together.
Put eggs on last (beating in one at a time). Pour in greased pan, tube or layer.
Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes in tube pan or 25 minutes for layer.
