Cake Mix Cookies
Cake Mix Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. shortening, 2 eggs, 1 box cake mix (flavor of choice), 1 to 2 tbsp. water and 1 tsp. flavoring (flavor of choice), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream shortening until soft and fluffy.
Add eggs and beat until blended (mixture may become lumpy).
Add cake mix and water and flavoring and mix well until blended and moist.
Dough will be stiff.
Add any desired additional ingredients.
Drop by spoonfuls and flatten on greased cookie sheet (flattening is not required). Bake at 350Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
