Sift together 3 times the flour, baking powder and salt.
Mix brown sugar, eggs, mashed potatoes, milk, oil and nutmeg.
Then mix together with flour.
Dough will be sticky.
Roll out on board with as little flour as possible.
Cut and fry in deep fat until pops up, turn and remove from fryer.
