Mix the yellow cake mix, one of the eggs and the margarine together and press into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat for 3 minutes the other 2 eggs, cream cheese and sugar.
Pour on top of the "crust."
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
