Cajun Pastry is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. mahatma or water maid rice, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 2/3 c. chopped bell pepper, 2 cloves garlic, minced and 1 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Prepare rice according to package directions.
Preheat oven to 400°. In a medium skillet, sauté next 7 ingredients.
Add seasonings and mix until blended.
Add crabmeat, shrimp and cooked rice.
Stir to combine.
Place about 1/2 cup mixture into each pie shell.
Bake for 20 minutes.
