Cajun Meat Loaf
Cajun Meat Loaf is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. butter, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper and 2 cloves garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
In a small frying pan melt butter.
Add onion, celery, green pepper and garlic.
Cook until wilted.
In a small bowl, soak bread in milk and break into crumbs.
In a large bowl place mats, vegetable mixture, bread with milk and remaining ingredients.
Mix well and shape into loaf.
Place in shallow pan and bake one hour.
