Cajun Grits
Cajun Grits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. cubed ham, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/4 c. chopped green pepper, 1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese and 1 large tomato, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook grits as per package, then an additional 10 minutes cooking time.
Spray frypan with cooking oil.
Add onion, ham and green pepper.
Saute lightly (approximately 5 minutes).
Add cheese and allow to melt.
Mix. Add cayenne pepper and mix.
Stir in diced tomatoes.
Blend sauteed ingredients with cooked grits and serve. Serves 4 to 6.
