Preheat oven to 350Β°.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, paprika, creole seasoning, sugar and accent.

Add chicken broth; stir until blended.

Salt and pepper ducks to taste.

Place four bay leaves in each cavity.

Place ducks breast down in a dutch oven; cover with broth mixture.

Bake covered for 2 1/2 hours or until tender.

Debone ducks and serve with gravy over rice.
