Cajun Duck
Cajun Duck is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 tbsp. all purpose flour, 1 1 1/4 oz. can paprika, 1 tbsp. creole seasoning, 2 tbsp. sugar and 2 tbsp. accent, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, paprika, creole seasoning, sugar and accent.
Add chicken broth; stir until blended.
Salt and pepper ducks to taste.
Place four bay leaves in each cavity.
Place ducks breast down in a dutch oven; cover with broth mixture.
Bake covered for 2 1/2 hours or until tender.
Debone ducks and serve with gravy over rice.
