Cajun Dip
Cajun Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. sausage (mild), browned and drained, 2 lb. velveeta, diced and 2 cans ro-tel tomatoes (white can), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown and drain sausage.
Mix diced Velveeta with sausage. Add drained Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced and about 1/3 drained off (save to see if needed).
Mix all together for a short while.
Serve with 1 loaf of French bread, cubed and toasted.
