Café Mousse
Café Mousse is an easy dinner. Made with 33 large marshmallows, 1/2 c. strong coffee and 1/2 pt. whipping cream or 1 small cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
👨🍳 Instructions
Melt in double boiler the marshmallows.
Add coffee.
Mix and cool, stirring occasionally. Fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip. Place into 6 small glasses. Cool in refrigerator about 3 hours.
