Caesar Salad
Caesar Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with croutons, 1 to 2 garlic cloves, crushed, 1 can anchovies, chopped, 1/3 or 1/4 c. olive oil and 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Rub wooden bowl with 1 cut garlic clove; crush the rest. Allow some garlic in the bowl.
Mix in 1 cup anchovies, oil, salt, dry mustard and pepper.
Chop lettuce.
Add mixture to lettuce; squeeze lemon over salad and toss.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and croutons.
