Caesar Salad
Caesar Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cloves garlic, 5 t vegetable oil, 2 t worcestershire sauce, 3 whole anchovy fillets and 1 whole lemon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Smash cloves of garlic into wood bowl, then mash and rub anchovies or use anchovy paste.
Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and oil.
Just before serving add egg and whisk dressing well.
Add romaine lettuce and top with croutons and cheese. Serve immediately.
