Caesar Salad
Caesar Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. romaine lettuce, 24 plain croutons, 2 garlic cloves, 6 tbsp. olive oil and 1 tbsp. wine vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place garlic cloves through garlic press and put into olive oil in wooden bowl.
Add anchovies and press all of these with fork.
Add vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper and egg yolk.
Mix well.
Add lettuce leaves and mix well.
Add croutons and Parmesan cheese and mix well.
Serves 4 to 6.
