Caesar Bean Salad
Caesar Bean Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can great northern beans, drained, 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained, 1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained, 1/2 c. sweet pickle relish and 1/2 c. caesar dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix all ingredients except pepper and lemon wedges in a large bowl.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Remove with slotted spoon and if desired arrange on salad greens. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
If desired, additional snipped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese. Garnish with lemon wedges.
Makes 5 servings.
