Cactus Salad
Cactus Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 oz.) jar nopalitos (cactus), 1 white onion, cut into 1-inch strips, 1 clove garlic, crushed, 1 tsp. oregano and 1/3 c. olive oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Drain nopalitos and cut into 1-inch strips.
Mix nopalitos, onion, garlic, oregano, olive oil, lime juice, tomatoes and cilantro.
Refrigerate overnight.
Arrange on a platter lined with romaine.
Top with Feta cheese.
Garnish with lime wedges.
