Cabbage Sausage
Cabbage Sausage is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground sausage, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 medium head cabbage, sliced thinly, 2 c. cooked rice and 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Brown sausage; remove from skillet.
Pour off all but 2 tablespoons fat.
Fry onion and green pepper in fat until tender. Add cabbage and cook until limp.
Return sausage to skillet and add rice.
Heat, covered, for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serves 8.
