Cabbage Salad
Cabbage Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in about 1 hour 24 minutes. Made with (3 oz.) pkg. ramen chicken flavored noodles, c. shredded cabbage, green onions, chopped, c. toasted sunflower seeds and c. slivered almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Shred cabbage, chop onions and set aside.
Remove seasoning package and save.
Saute noodles in small amount of butter.
Toast sunflower seeds and almonds until lightly browned.
Add cooled noodles, sunflower seeds and almonds to cabbage, toss to mix. Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and seasoning in small bowl.
Mix well with whisk.
Pour over cabbage.
Chill.
