Cabbage Rolls
Cabbage Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. pork sausage, 1/2 c. uncooked rice, 1 tbsp. chopped onion, 1/2 tbsp. salt and 2 tbsp. paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Saute sausage, rice and onion together in skillet, stirring often, about 5 minutes.
Pour off fat.
Cool, and add seasoning and cottage cheese.
Drop cabbage leaves into boiling water for about 1 minute; drain.
Divide rice mixture into four parts.
Wrap each part in 2 cabbage leaves and fasten with a toothpick.
Arrange in a 1-quart casserole.
Mix soup, milk and sour cream together. Pour over cabbage rolls and bake, covered, at 350Β° for 1 1/4 hours.
