Cabbage Rolls
Cabbage Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 large cabbage leaves, simmered in boiling water for 3 minutes, 1 c. cooked rice (or instant), 1/3 c. water, 1 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. thyme, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix rice, water, salt, thyme, egg, onion and pepper.
Mix in hamburger.
Put 1/4 cup meat mixture in each cabbage leaf and roll up.
Mix tomato sauce, lemon juice and brown sugar; pour on top. Simmer 1 hour in 350Β° oven.
