Cabbage Ramen Salad
Cabbage Ramen Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small head cabbage, shredded, 2 pkg. ramen noodles, crushed in pkg., 3 tbsp. sesame seeds, 1 cooked chicken breast, shredded and 4 oz. slivered almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Shake the vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper in a jar until sugar dissolves.
Brown the crushed noodles and sesame seeds in a skillet with a small amount of oil.
When they begin to brown, add the almonds and brown a bit more, watching almonds as they burn easily.
Cool this mixture.
Just before serving, combine all ingredients and toss well.
