Cabbage Pie
Cabbage Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with head cabbage, 1 medium onion, 1 can mushrooms, 2 tbsp. butter and 1 baked 9-inch pie crust, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Saute chopped cabbage, mushrooms in butter. Spread softened cream cheese on bottom of pie crust. Add half of cabbage mixture and top with Mozzarella slices and top with 1/2 grated cheese.
Add remaining cabbage mixture and top with Mozzarella
Cheddar cheese.
cheese melts.
