Made with 2 c. rice, cooked in 3 1/2 c. water, 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground chuck, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1/2 head small cabbage, grated and 3 cans tomato soup (undiluted) or 2 cans soup and 15 oz. chopped/stewed tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown onion and ground beef and drain.
