Cabbage Lover's Special
Cabbage Lover'S Special is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head cabbage, chopped, 2 large onions, diced, 2 bell peppers, chopped, 1/4 c. vegetable oil and 2 strips bacon (for flavor), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Put oil in Dutch oven; let it get hot, then add bacon to oil. Brown bacon, then add cabbage, onions and bell peppers.
Add about 1/4 cup of water, then add the Ro-Tel.
Continue to stir and let simmer until vegetables are tender, as desired.
Add garlic salt to taste.
