Cabbage Lasagna
Cabbage Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pound of ground turkey, 1 cup chopped green onion, 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped, 1 medium cabbage, shredded and 1/2 teaspoon oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Saute ground turkey, onion, and green pepper until meat is browned.
Boil cabbage until tender.
Save 2 cups liquid and drain off excess.
Combine 2 cups liquid, oregano, pepper, salt, and tomato paste and simmer on low heat for 4 minutes.
Add meat, onion, and pepper to mixture.
In a 9x13 pan pour half of meat mixture, then add cabbage, Pour remaining meat mixture and then top with shredded mozzarella.
Bake at 400 until cheese is browned, about 30-45 minutes.
