Cabbage Lasagna
Cabbage Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small head cabbage, shredded, 15 to 18 oz. low sodium tomato sauce or v-8 juice, 1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced, 1/2 green pepper, diced and 1/4 c. onion, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown ground beef with onion and green pepper.
Drain well. Add sauce.
In a large casserole sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, layer meat, cabbage and cheese.
Continue to layer until all ingredients are used.
Cover and bake at 350Β° until cabbage is tender, about 1 hour.
Serves 4 to 6.
