Cabbage Italiano
Cabbage Italiano is an easy dinner. Made with 1 head green cabbage, 1/2 c. water, 1 lb. italian sausage and 1 large can diced tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cut cabbage into 1-inch square pieces and put in a 5-quart Dutch oven.
Add water and start to cook on low heat.
Cut sausage into bite size pieces and add to cabbage.
Add tomatoes and juice; stir well.
Cover and cook until sausage is done.
Cooking time: approximately 30 minutes.
