Cabbage Fry Plus
Cabbage Fry Plus is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large onions, sliced, 4 c. shredded cabbage, 2 c. shredded carrots, 1 c. sliced mushrooms and 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute onions in oil in large skillet over medium heat until light brown, about 8 minutes.
Stir in cabbage, celery, carrots, green pepper and mushrooms.
Saute for 2 minutes; sprinkle with salt, pepper and sugar.
Mix gently.
Spoon tomatoes on top of vegetables.
Cook, covered, over low heat, just until vegetables are crisp-tender, 6 to 8 minutes.
