Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1 tsp. salt and 1 c. minute rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Brown beef; drain.
Add celery, onion and rice.
Let simmer until tender, stirring occasionally.
Boil cabbage for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Mix mushroom soup and meat mixture together with the milk.
In a 13 x 9-inch pan, spread cabbage on bottom. Then spread the mushroom mixture over cabbage.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 25 minutes with a lid over it, then remove lid, add cheese and bake for 15 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
