Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head cabbage, 2 lb. hamburger, 4 tbsp. regular rice, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder and 1/2 tsp. onion powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Use 9 x 13-inch pan.
Slice cabbage up (like for coleslaw) and put in pan.
Brown hamburger and add onion and garlic powder. Sprinkle rice over cabbage and then sprinkle browned hamburger over cabbage.
Add a little salt and pepper.
Mix 2 cans tomato soup with 1 can of water and pour all over top.
Do not mix. Cover.
Cook at 375Β° for about 2 hours or until cabbage is cooked.
