Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small head cabbage, shredded (about 4 c.), 1/4 green pepper, diced, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. grated cheese and 1/2 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Saute cabbage and green pepper in water until tender.
Melt margarine; combine with stuffing mix.
Place half of the stuffing mix in baking dish.
Layer half of the cabbage, half of the soup and half of the cheese.
Repeat layers of cabbage, soup and cheese.
Add remaining stuffing mix.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
