Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large head cabbage, 1 onion, chopped, some shredded carrot, 6 tbsp. butter, divided and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook cabbage until tender; drain.
Saute onion and 5 tablespoons butter until tender.
Add soup; mix well.
Add cheese; heat and stir until melted.
Remove from heat.
Stir in cabbage, salt and pepper.
Transfer into ungreased baking dish.
Stir remaining butter and bread crumbs until lightly coated.
Sprinkle over casserole.
Bake uncovered at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes or until browned.
