Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium cabbage, 1 c. milk, 1 c. grated sharp cheddar, 1 can cream of celery soup and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook cabbage 10 minutes and drain.
Mix melted margarine with crushed crackers.
Cover bottom of casserole dish with cracker crumbs.
Spread drained cabbage over crumbs.
Add soup mixture, Cheddar cheese, milk and mayonnaise.
Spread over cabbage.
Bake at 350Β° until "bubbly" and lightly brown, about 20 minutes.
Add light layer of cracker crumb mixture and bake 10 more minutes.
