Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter, melted, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1/2 lb. velveeta cheese, melted, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 4 pieces bread, toasted and crumbled, or pepperidge farm cornbread stuffing mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Slice and boil cabbage.
Melt butter and Velveeta; cook onion with this while melting. (Can do this in microwave.) Add soup (it blends better if warm when adding).
Place cabbage in large casserole dish.
Top with cheese mixture, then crumbled bread (or stuffing mix) on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
