Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium head cabbage, chopped fine, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 lb. medium/sharp cheddar cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook cabbage until tender.
Brown beef and drain.
Drain cabbage well and add ingredients, except bread crumbs.
(Save some cheese to mix with bread crumbs.)
Spray casserole dish with Pam; pour casserole in.
Sprinkle bread crumbs and remaining cheese over top of casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
