Heat oven to 400Β°.
Saute or bake bacon in baking pan.
Shred cabbage and steam in skillet with bacon drippings until almost done.
Spread cabbage in baking pan.
Mix cornbread as directed on box.
Crumble bacon into cornbread mix.
Pour over cabbage in baking pan.
Cook until cornbread is done.
