Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, onions, potatoes, green peppers and 1/2 head cabbage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Make ground beef into patties and season.
Cut onions into thick slices and spread on bottom of casserole dish under patties. Add a layer of raw sliced potatoes.
Add a layer of green peppers, sliced.
Add 1/2 head of raw cabbage, cut into fairly large pieces.
Cover with cream of mushroom soup.
Cover entire casserole with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
