Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium size head cabbage, 2 c. grated cheese, 4 tbsp. margarine, 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs and seasonings to taste (onion powder, garlic powder, etc., this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut up cabbage in medium sized chunks and steam.
In greased 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish, put one layer of cabbage.
Add 1 scattered layer of grated cheese, then one layer of White Sauce.
Repeat until dish is practically full.
Melt 2 tablespoons margarine. Add bread crumbs and mix.
Cover cabbage casserole with bread crumb mix.
Dot with margarine and place in oven for 30 minutes at 350Β°.
