Cabbage Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 medium head cabbage, 1 stick margarine, salt and pepper to taste, 1/2 lb. american cheese, diced and 1/2 lb. ritz crackers, finely crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook cabbage until you can cut with fork.

Drain.

Stir in cheese and 1/2 margarine until melted.

Pour into buttered casserole dish.

Melt remaining margarine and stir in Ritz crackers.

Put cracker mixture over cabbage and bake until brown on top (about 25 minutes in 350Β° oven).
